I have a good starter for sale that is correct for a 400 and 430 Buick engine. Of what I understand, also correct for GS models.

Chrome around convertable top clips

I have just sent the money to join the club, but I have a question. I need the clips to hold the chrome around the convertable top which I cannot find anywhere. Any suggestions on where I can get them. It is for a 70 Buick Skylark convertable. I have the chrome, no way to mount it.
I bought clips but they don't seem to fit. I know this chrome piece also holds the boot on as well. Any suggestions on knowledgable persons on how to put them in, when I get them....

I used to have a Buick GS and when I bought it a Buick branded under dash 8-Track tape player came along in the trunk. Don't know if it even works and condition is just OK and it is painted brown. Asking price is $20 plus shipping. Pictures available if you ask.

From his exercise I obtained an OEM dated coded Drivers Side door glass which I never got around to swapping in before I sold the car. This glass is in very good shape. I have a 1970 Rochester carburator model 7040246 for sale. This is the original PN for 1970 Stage 1 convertibles. The carb was on my GS convertible when I bought it and is in good shape, but did have damage to the fuel inlet threads which was repaired. This was not obvious until the carb was removed from the engine, when you can see that the bottom half of the inlet block is all epoxy.
